to the front. i will open them later. i got a lot of calls and texts for my birthday this morning. don't get me wrong. i appreciate it. i really do. i would look to take a moment to refresh my relatives, especially older relatives on the east coast about something called time difference you. see when it is 9:00 a.m. in new york it is 6:00 a.m. in lay lay whelay -- l.a. where i live. just imagine turning the 9 upside down. when you call from the east coast 9:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m. here to tell me you hope i have a great day. ironically that call waking me up all but ensures that my day will not be great. still has a shot at being a good day. any day that starts with a phone call at 6:12 a.m., already not great. i know this time zone thing has only been around since 1900. so, but let's maybe get used to it now that it has been around for 113 years and think about it every once in a while on november 13th my birthday. by next year each of my aunts and uncles will forget. my sister's birthday is tomorrow. maybe they will take mercy on her tomorrow morning. i doubt it. but maybe. thank you very much. in a vault and don't leak. one thing that is perhaps more important as chris christie moves forward and thinks about running, there are more important things such as the justice department investigation. he lobbyed for a securities firm. one interesting nugget in the book, the romney campaign apparently referred to the vice presidential search process which was top secret as "project gold fish," and christie's nickname was puffer fish. they had a variety of names, fish consin, for wisconsin. i should say, though, piers, a number of people from both parties are casting doubt on the situation. i talked to beth myers, she for one said she never heard of project gold fish or any of these nicknames, so that is just one person starting to poke holes in some of the accounts. >> we know that according to the book, chris christie called mitt romney at one stage, when newt gingrich won big in the primary. he said get out of your crouch and kick the [ bleep ] out of this guy. that is what you should do, he is a joke and you're allowing him to be taken seriously. which is the advice that mitt r

. the hobby lobby says the evangelical christian religious beliefs of the company's owners mean that they don't want their employees to have access to contraception in their health insurance. another case was a mennonite owned wood working business from pennsylvania. mennonites are sometimes confused with the amish, but -- not believing in health insurance itself all together. so if your boss is a mennonite or is an amish guy who thinks that health insurance itself is wrong, does that mean that you don't get health insurance at work even if otherwise the law would say you had to? that's what's so fascinating about this case. it is the rick santorum, the pill kills folks they're an outgrowth of the anti-abortion movement, they think contraception is the same thing as abortion and they're against them both. if you're against birth control these folks are your folks. these are the folks who put person hood on the ballot in mississippi and colorado and other places, in which case if those things pass, all abortion would be criminalized, all of it. but also the iud would be criminalized because th
